I am a Certified Dream Builder Coach, Nurse (RN) & Educator 

 

I have a strong background of 20+ years in healthcare as a leader, mentor, nurse and educator.

As a Nurse, I have worked closely with patients, clients and other health professionals helping them maximize their understanding of the mind & body. My career has allowed me a front row seat to the direct impact of disease, stress and burnout in particular.

 

My personal story

About 9 years ago, I was on the brink of personal and professional burnout! The demands of working as a Nurse, parenting, and balancing other responsibilities left me feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and numb, with nowhere to turn. I had to take a pause and take inventory of my life. I was being pulled in so many directions, while attempting to juggle it all. At that moment, I realized I was on a dangerous path heading towards disease…physically, mentally and emotionally.

 

That critical moment led to my journey of personal growth, development, and healing. I reconnected with my desire to live a healthy and balanced life of true value and priorities. 

 

I now leverage the unique lessons I've learned to Coach and empower women to restore work-life balance, so they can excel in their careers and maintain a fulfilled personal life!
