Meet Jasmine
RN, CNL | Self-Leadership Coach
I’m Jasmine — a Haitian-born nurse leader, certified DreamBuilder coach, and a woman who has learned firsthand what it means to rebuild and lead yourself through life’s hardest seasons.
For more than 20 years in healthcare, I’ve witnessed the real cost of carrying too much — stress, burnout, and caregivers silently struggling while still showing up for everyone else.
That reality is what led me to co-found The PulseCheck Project.
The PulseCheck Project is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of caregivers through trauma-informed, community-centered wellness programs. Our mission is to create spaces where caregivers can pause, restore emotional resilience, and receive the support they so often give to others.

This work reflects a core belief I carry into everything I do: sustainable leadership begins with caring for ourselves.
But my work isn’t just professional.
It’s personal.
I know what it means to rebuild.
To lead while healing.
To move through seasons where you feel unseen, uncertain, and stretched beyond capacity.
And I know what becomes possible when a woman finally chooses clarity, confidence, and alignment.
Through my signature framework — Identity → Vision → Execution — I help women leaders stop surviving through success and start leading themselves with intention, purpose, and self-trust.
Because your next chapter doesn’t need more pressure.
It needs more you.
I help women leaders learn to lead themselves first — before they lead anyone else.
